The current MVHOA Rules & Regulations Handbook was updated, approved, and distributed to all residents in August 2000. All owners already possess their own personal copies, but if you've mislaid yours, use the links at left to view or download a copy.

The rules were revised in July 2002 to clarify the fining structure for parking violations.

All residents are required to know and are expected to abide by the Rules & Regulations. The Rules & Regulations are distributed to residents after they are revised. They are also supplied to each buyer as part of the buying process, along with a form requiring signature that states, roughly, "Yes, I have read the rules and agree to follow them." As the Rules & Regulations state, absentee owners are required to supply their renters with copy of the Rules.
